What is the success rate for an email review request and how it works?

The success rate for an email review request refers to the current status of that particular email. For instance, whether the email is opened or not, has the customer submitted a review through the email, etc.
ReviewXpo has divided the success rate for an email review request into four occasions. Here’s how it works;

- When the review request email is sent successfully, the success rate will be at 25%.
- When the customer opens the email, the success rate will increase to 50%.
- If the customer clicks on the auto-generated “Write A Review” button, the success rate will be at 75%.
- Lastly, if the customer submits the review, the success rate will increase to 100%.
