How to Use ReviewXpo Multi Criteria Review System?

ReviewXpo Multi-Criteria Review System makes reviews more detailed, fair and helpful for better decisions and feedback. ReviewXpo offers its merchants to create and manage multiple criteria reviews for Shopify products to allow customers to leave their ratings.

Customers can rate different aspects of your products, like quality, value for money, service, and many more. This gives the merchants detailed feedback to improve your products and build customer trust.

By following the given steps below you can easily enable the Multi-Criteria Reviews feature for your Shopify store:

Step 1: First, go to the ReviewXpo Product Reviews App menu on your Shopify store admin. Then Select the “Reviews” option → click on the “Multi-Criteria” → enable the toggle button of the multi-criteria review section.

Step 2: You can add multiple criterias and arrange them as per your convenience. Now, decide whether the individual criteria will impact the overall rating or not from the “Overall Rating Impact” settings.

Step 3: You can change the display of your “Multi-Criteria Review Section” by selecting the "Regular" or "Dropdown" option. Choose your preferred option and if you want to preview the review form, select "View Form Preview'' to see how it will look.

Step 4: If everything looks fine then click the save button.
