How to use AI-generated auto reply to reviews on your store?

The auto-reply to review feature automatically responds to product reviews that customers have left on your store. By acknowledging customer feedback and promptly resolving their issues, this feature can speed up the review process and increase customer engagement. 

Use this feature by following these easy steps;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu” and click “Reviews”.

Step 2: Select “Other Settings” and click “Review Reply”.

Step 3: Go to the “AI Generated Auto Reply” section.

Step 4: Enable AI Auto Generated Reply.

Step 5: Customize the conditions to your preference.

Customizable Conditions;

  • Rating: Which starred reviews qualify for an auto reply.
  • Support Email: An email address to receive customer feedback.
  • Refund Policy: The refund policy is available in your shop.

Step 6: Lastly, click “Save”.

Now ReviewXpo will automatically reply to your product reviews which will help you save time and be more productive.
