ReviewXpo provides a variety of subscription plans tailored to suit businesses of different criteria and needs. Upgrading to a higher plan grants access to advanced features, including detailed analytics, customizable review widgets, automated review requests, and additional premium tools.

This guide will take you through the step-by-step process of upgrading your plan.

Step 1: From your Shopify admin dashboard, Navigate to the ReviewXpo app "Menu", then go to the “Reviews” section, and click on the “Upgrade Plan” button.

Step 2: Select your preferred plan that suits your needs. You have the option to choose between Monthly Billing or Annual Billing. We recommend opting for Annual Billing as it offers significant savings compared to the monthly plan.

Step 3: Click on the “Process Payment” button.

Step 4: Select your preferred payment method and review the billing receipt carefully. Once you've confirmed the details, click on the “Approve” button to complete the process.

Congratulations! Your selected plan and payment method have been successfully processed.
