Attaching a photo or video with the review increases the authenticity of the products and improves the buying decision of potential customers. Through “Request for Photo/Video Review”, ReviewXpo enables you to send emails to customers who haven’t posted a photo or video with their reviews. 

You can enable this feature by following these simple steps;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu”. Then, click “Collect Reviews” and select “Reminder Setting”.

Step 2: Select “Request for Photo/Video Review” and turn on the toggle switch.

Now, the customers will be asked for a photo/video review through email if they haven’t posted one already.
