The "Reverting Import Reviews" feature in ReviewXpo allows store owners to easily reverse or undo the process of importing reviews. Whether reviews were imported by mistake or you wish to clean up the review data, this feature gives you the flexibility to revert the process with minimal effort.

This guideline will help you understand and learn more effectively;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App "Menu" and click "Collect Reviews".

‍Step 2: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App and click "Import & Export".

Step 3: Go to the “Import History” section.

Step 4: Click the "Action button" and go to the “Revert” option.

Step 5: If you're sure you want to revert, please click "Yes".

You can now also view the status.
