ReviewXpo product review app allows you to manually send review requests to your customers at any time as well as schedule them for a later date. You will have more options thanks to this, and interacting with customers will be easier.

To manually send review requests to your customers, please proceed with the following;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App "Menu" and click "Collect Reviews".

Step 2: Search or scroll down to your target order details and click “Send Now”.

You can also choose not to send any review requests to your customer by clicking on “Cancel”.

No longer required to wait three to five days to submit a review request. You can now send review requests at any time.
