While posting reviews of their products, some customers prefer to keep their privacy and post anonymously. Keeping that in mind. ReviewXpo is offering a feature to post anonymous reviews. 

To enable this feature, please follow these steps;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App "Menu" and click "Reviews".

Step 2: Select “Other Settings” and click “Anonymous Reviews”.

Step 3: Turn on the toggle switch for “Anonymous Reviews”.

After being enabled, a new "Mark as anonymous" checkbox will appear above the "Submit Review" Button. The anonymous review will be shown with name initials ( i.e. John Doe ➤ J.D).

Now, your reviewers can post anonymously without showing their information to the public. Only you will be able to see their information. You can also disable this feature any time you want.
