Customers are more likely to submit product reviews if you include a discount offer in your review request email. ReviewXpo allows you to customize this discount text to your preference. To do so please proceed with these steps;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu” and click “Collect Reviews”.

Step 2: Select “Review for Discount”.

Step 3: Choose the “Discount message” option.

Step 4: Customize the text to your preference, and click “Save”.

With this, you can add a personal touch to your review request emails and motivate your customers to submit product reviews.
