Step 1: From your Shopify admin, open the ReviewXpo app → go to Menu → Widgets → Popups → select the Review Count Popup widget → click Customize to design the popup using the customization panel and preview your changes in real-time.

Step 2: You can configure the text content, set a minimum average rating, hide the popup if reviews are below a selected count, choose its position, and customize the text color, background color, and template to match your store's style in the Review Count Popup settings. Then, enable the Review Count Popup option to apply the changes.
