How do I send a follow-up email in response to the first review request?

Follow Up Review Request” feature generates an auto-email for the customers who haven’t posted a review of their products after the “First Review request”. You can customize the timing between “First Review Request” and “Follow Up Review Request” emails. 

You can enable this feature by following these steps;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu”. Then, click “Collect Reviews” and select “Reminder Settings”.

Step 2: Select “Follow Up Review Request” and turn on the toggle switch.

There you go! Now, ReviewXpo will notify your customers of their due product reviews and help you collect them.
